Victory NET Foundation

The Victory NET Foundation was founded in 2014 on the initiative of Vince Hamilton who suffered and sadly died of a NET cancer.

The Foundation encourages research, specifically the AdVince trial led by Prof. K. Öberg and Prof. Magnus Essand at the Uppsala University.

A website has been put online on November 10th 2018, www.victorynet.org, the purpose of this website is to bring information, contacts and a sense of community to the patients, their families and the medical team. The Net Patient Foundation (UK) booklet has been translated in German and French and is freely available in PDF format (hard copies can be ordered for a very reasonable price).

The Victory NET Foundation supports Net Patient Foundation, as well, on a yearly basis and specific nurse education programs led by Catherine Bouvier.

Our media voice is led by Alexander Masters and Liz Scarff. The foundation is supporting their proposal of creating a questionnaire to enrol patients in the AdVince trial, which at a later stage should be the referral questionnaire for all NET trials.

We aim to create an interactive communication platform for the patients on the social network.
