NET ITALY
NET Italy ETS, founded in 2010, is an “advocacy group of patients dedicated to patients”. It operates on volunteer bases with the aim of acting for the whole community benefit. It promotes health, education and information with respect to neuroendocrine tumors, as well as the support to those affected by these diseases. NET Italy encourages the development of studies and research and spreading of related outcomes since information is firmly considered as the first medicine. The Association has its registered office in Bologna, at the University Hospital of Bologna (I), Policlinico Sant’Orsola-Malpighi. The Board of Directors is presently composed of 4 members, supported whenever necessary by a valuable Scientific Committee, but the working team mainly consists of patients and caregivers.
