The collaboration between It.a.net & Net Italy ETS continues and on 10 July the second joint webinar on NETs was organized for patients. No lectures, no presentations: the aim of the event was to allow patients with pulmonary NETs to talk and ask questions directly to the experts from a multidisciplinary team, a meeting fully dedicated to those who are rare among the rare! Coordinators of the meeting were Doctor CM Grana, Director of the Radiometabolic Therapy Unit of the IEO in Milano and Doctor C Carnaghi of Humanitas in Catania. The most frequent and aggressive small cell NETs have aroused a particular interest. During the event, many questions were asked which received prompt and adequate answers from the experts.

La collaborazione It.a.net & Net Italy ETS continua e il 10 luglio scorso è stato organizzato il secondo webinar congiunto di approfondimento sui NET rivolto ai pazienti. Nessuna lezione magistrale, nessuna presentazione: l’obiettivo dell’evento era permettere ai pazienti con NET polmonare di poter dialogare e rivolgere domande direttamente agli Esperti di un Team Multidisciplinare, un incontro dedicato a chi è raro tra i rari! Moderatori dell’evento sono stati la Dottoressa CM Grana, Direttore dell’Unità di Terapia Radiometabolica dello IEO di Milano e il Dott C Carnaghi dell’Humanitas di Catania. Particolare interesse hanno suscitato i NET a piccole cellule i più frequenti e aggressivi. Nel corso del webinar sono state poste molte domande che hanno ricevuto risposte puntuali e adeguate dai singoli esperti delle varie specialità.
